What counts as a device?
The machine where Orquestr Bridge is installed. It counts when it is not deleted and is pending or enrolled. Free includes 1 install. Pro includes 3 and bills $10 a month for each extra Bridge. Platform includes 50 and bills $5 a month for each one.
What counts as a command?
A function invoke on a device. Free includes 2,000 a month and stops when they are used. Pro includes 100,000 and then bills $0.002 per command. Platform includes 1,000,000 and then bills $0.001 per command.
Are requests per minute the same as commands?
No. The ratelimit (100, 500, 1,000, or 2,000 per minute) is separate from the monthly command quota.
Which adapter can I connect?
Sicar V4 today, with the identifier sicarv4. Eleventa and Microsip are announced and cannot be enrolled yet.
Does Enterprise have a fixed price?
No. Base price, devices, and commands are agreed. The published ratelimit for that plan is 2,000 requests per minute.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately. Dropping to a lower plan is scheduled for the next billing date. Moving to Free cancels the subscription.
Do MCP, the CLI, or the SDK come with a plan?
Not yet. There is no published MCP server, terminal client, or SDK.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in USD and do not include tax. The rate depends on the country.
